Second Chance Tires And Wheels

I would give them no stars if I could. I went in to get my tires fixed because I had a nail, and they charged me $45 to plug two nails! The next day, the tire went flat again. They told me there was another nail they didn't see and said it would be $15 more. I was wondering why they didn't catch that the day before, but I reluctantly paid it. They then charged me $25, claiming it was because they did a patch instead of plugs, which was not what I was initially told the price would be. At this point, I have paid them a total of $75. I could have bought a new tire for that amount. Then, they put two used tires on my daughter's car, a week apart. A week after that, her tire blew out, leaving her stranded, and she had to walk on the parkway at 5 am This could have killed her! The kicker is, Hank refused to admit it was his fault, even though he knows they just put the tires on and then blamed it on alignment issues, which no simple issue would cause within a week. They didn't care that they put my daughter in danger and even offered to sell me new tires. Mind blown. *** UPDATE*** AFTER THEY REFUSED TO OWN UP TO THE TIRE SHREDDING BEING THEIR FAULT. THEY RELUCTANTLY RELLACED THE OTHER

Absolutely 5 stars. Amazing tires, Amazing price! Small place with the nicest people you’ll meet! Don’t go to some overpriced shop where they are gonna try and convince you to replace everything in your car and take every penny you have. Come here where they actually care for you. Such nice people!

I understand getting a flat fixed or maybe even a plug, however I recently had four new tires installed now mind you my rims have pressure sensors as most vehicles do. Installing new tires is not the challenging part any tire shop can do it. But attention to detail is few and far and this place is both. TWO sensors were destroyed because of these people I left only to return the next day due to a tire being almost flat to the rim and no pressure reading, they attempted to “fix” my sensors that they broke, below is their idea of a “fix” I asked about coming back to have them replaced however they only referred me to another shop to fix their destruction. Save yourself a few bucks and find a decent shop.

I’ll never get tires from anywhere else again! I was in a hurry, it was after 7pm when I called and was told to come on in! I am so happy they are open until 8pm! They were so nice to me, gave me a GREAT price, and installed my tires perfectly. I was in and out in 20 minutes! Thank you so much again!
